A former Department of Infrastructure employee has been told he can't take the department to an employment tribunal because he didn't submit his complaint in time.
Aleksander Nikolchev claimed he'd been unfairly dismissed in June - but didn't lodge his claim within the required three months.
Chairman Douglas Stewart said Mr Nikolchev hadn't given a good reason why the complaint had been submitted after that deadline.
He refused to allow the case to proceed.
