The Department of Infrastructure has made around £15,000 a month from a car park in Central Douglas.
A Freedom of Information request asked about financial details from the Lord Street Car Park over the last seven months.
In its response, the department said it paid around 20 per cent of its income to the owner in licensing fees - £26,346 between June last year and January this year.
And in total, it made £105,385 from pay and display and contract parking after paying the site owner.
