A government department accused of multiple health and safety failings is expected to enter pleas next month.
A lawyer for the Department of Infrastructure appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Tuesday.
The DOI is facing 15 accusations of failing to discharge duty and two of failing to comply with regulations.
The offences allegedly took place between April 2015 and September 2017.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes adjourned the case until November 5th.
