A new Traffic Regulation Order is looking to turn back the clock on plans for Island-wide 20mph speed limits.
The Department of Infrastructure is consulting on a new document which would replace the new zones in Douglas and Onchan with their original 30 limits.
It says the DOI will focus on 20mph speed limits on roads surrounding Ballakermeen High School, Henry Bloom Noble Primary School, St Mary's Primary School, St Ninian's School, and Scoill yn Jubilee.
And it adds the new approach comes after feedback from the public, and is closer to Tynwald's political direction.
