It's believed around 60 trees fell on Island yesterday during Storm Barra.
That's according to the Department of Infrastructure in a post on social media.
The DOI says its teams responded to approximately 60 instances of fallen trees or large branches blocking roads, with work ongoing today to recover some of them.
There is currently a temporary 30mph speed limit on the A3 Road, in the Black Dub/Glen Helen area, and Second Avenue in Douglas is still closed due to a dangerous tree.
The department is also inspecting the damaged seawall at Mooragh Promenade in Ramsey, which will remain closed in the meantime, and the wall at Fort Island in Malew.
