The Department of Infrastructure attended 43 incidents of trees down on roads yesterday.
It says the north and west of the Island were particularly impacted.
The department says the number of on-call Highway Services incident response teams was increased from 2 to 6 due to the storm.
Teams cleared trees from several locations this morning, with Narradale near Sulby and Clay Head Road in Baldrine still closed whilst further assessments are undertaken.
