An Onchan doggy daycare facility says it's hoping to have its own piece of the countryside for outdoor exercise.
Hayley Allwright of Animal Ark has applied for planning permission to change the use of a field on Foxdale Road in Crosby from agricultural to dog walking.
In her application, she says her company is looking for somewhere safe and secure to let dogs enjoy the outdoors.
According to the application, the field would be used by staff and their canine charges between 9am and 5pm each weekday.
