Dog owner witch hunt on Facebook 'barking mad'

A row about dogs barking in Peel has been described as a "witch hunt" after repeated social media posts.

A Facebook group set up for residents in the Sunset City has seen a number of posts about a dog barking all night near Fuschia Lane and disturbing people trying to sleep.

But after dozens of comments, one user is now appealing for people to stop persecuting the dog owner.

They say the posts have turned into a witch hunt and people should be more considerate.
