Officials at the department Of Agriculture found out about Champ in June and since then he has been kept at boarding kennels.
He’s gaining increasing support on the social networking site Facebook – nearly 1,000 people are supporting Sarah Kneens cause. She says he’s not dangerous and was told originally that it was OK to keep him here.
