A dog has died after eating poison in the South of the Island.
Port St Mary Commissioners took to social media earlier today to confirm the news.
The board says it's been informed a much loved dog sadly died after ingesting poison yesterday.
It adds they believe the animal may have picked it up in the village, so to be extra wary when walking your dog.
