The owner of a sheep which was attacked by a dog in the north of the Island has released graphic photos of its injuries.
The incident happened yesterday afternoon at Brough Jair in Ballaugh and left a number of animals with wool ripped out.
Fortunately, no sheep were killed but a number were left with horrifying injuries.
Angela Kelly posted photos of the attack’s aftermath to Facebook, urging people to keep their dogs under control.
