Does the Island need more live music venues and entertainment if it wants younger people to move here?
That's the question on the lips of a Tynwald committee, which says the Isle of Man lacks the night-time buzz of UK towns and cities.
When its report is considered by the court in April, the Select Committee on Population Rebalancing will recommend the government provides better support for the Island's night-time economy.
However, all three committee members admit they're not the right demographic to suggest what might work - they asked final-year university students for their views.
