Doctors on the Island have announced they are striking later this month.
The British Medical Association has confirmed that medics are striking from 7am on Wednesday January 22 until 7am on Friday January 24.
Doctors are asking for a 12.6% increase in pay for the 23/24 pay year.
Chair of the Isle of Man Medical Society Dr Prakash Thiagarajan says doctors have no desire to strike but they made it clear to Manx Care this would happen without an acceptable pay offer.
