The Island's doctors have overwhelmingly voted to take strike action.
The industrial action - the first of its type ever on the Island - comes after a row with Manx Care over pay and conditions.
The BMA says they've faced a decade and a half of real terms pay cuts and want a 12.6 per cent backdated rise.
Out of 127 doctors on the Island, 121 voted for striking - a figure of 95 per cent.
