When the House of Keys sits from 10am on Tuesday, he'll ask Chief Minister Alf Cannan if the Council of Ministers has considered giving a way for people to petition the government.
Presently, people can present petitions on matters of public interest to Tynwald or deliver petitions for redress of grievance on Tynwald Day.
