The Infrastructure Minister says discussions with easyJet over the routes it operates to the Island are ongoing.
It follows the news that Flybe has sold all of its landing and arrival slots at London Gatwick to the airline.
Both airlines provided a route between the Island and London but it’s not yet known if easyJet plans to increase frequency here as a result.
Michael MHK Alf Cannan raised the issue in Tynwald asking David Cretney for written assurance of the level of service going forward.
