Disabled access at one of the island's most popular beauty spots has been improved, thanks to a grant from the Manx Lottery Trust.
The charity awarded £40,000 towards making the viewing platform at Bradda Head accessible for wheelchairs.
Some wheelchair-friendly picnic tables will also be built in the area.
The scheme, which has been given planning permission, is being coordinated by the Rotary Club of Rushen and Western Mann.
The group said the project is to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Club.
A spokesman added: "It will open the views from Bradda Head to everyone, so creating a lasting legacy for the community of today and tomorrow".
