Police are appealing for help in trying to piece together what happened before a serious crash on Saturday.
The two vehicle collision, between a Renault Clio and a Skoda Octavia, happened on the Mountain Mile around lunchtime.
Two people were injured and were taken to hospital – the road was closed whilst police conducted enquiries.
Officers now want to speak to anyone who was travelling on the Mountain Road, in particular anyone who saw a small blue hatchback travelling from Ramsey to Douglas
