Manx Care says this doesn't include appointments, but limited staffing might impact patients phoning the service.
Anyone with an urgent query or those who use an insulin pump and need to contact the team can call 456886 between 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The health body also asks people are kind to the team, as they're trying their best to accommodate all patients.
