Department of Infrastructure Endeavour to Reduce Deficit Between Expenditure and Income

In an effort to improve their service provision the Department of Infrastructure have set up a number of working groups, with an aim for providing a more efficient and effective service.

Another aim of the Working Groups is to see where money can be saved in their key areas of service provision.

Parking issues will be looked at, with the possibility of increase charges for parking.

The issue of street cleaning will also come under scrutiny.

The working groups have been formulated in an effort to make general savings and help reduce the overall deficit between expenditure and income to the Department.
