Treasury Minister Alex Allinson will ask Tynwald for an extra £20 million for healthcare later this month.
During Tynwald's March sitting, he'll ask members to back spending the extra cash on the Department of Health and Social Care.
It's to cover spending on services which isn't included in the department's budget.
Tynwald will sit from 10am on Tuesday, March 18.
