The Department for Enterprise says it's investigating allegations against one of its agencies.
In a statement, the department says there's an ongoing investigation into Visit Isle of Man after concerns about contractors, procurement and financial regulations.
The agency is accountable to the department, and promotes the Island as a tourist destination.
The DfE says it would be inappropriate to comment any further at this time.
