Mark Cavendish has announced that he won’t be competing
in the Giro d’Italia due to the dental problems that have dogged his season so
far.
He will however be taking part in the Tour of California
his HTC-Columbia team have announced.
It’s thought the problem lies in infections he sustained
during the dental work carried out over Christmas.
