A proposal to demolish a seafront garage in Peel and replace it with housing needs registered building consent.
Earlier this week, plans were unveiled to transform the former Empire Garage Showroom on Marine Parade with seven houses.
The proposals would also see car parking and a new road built on the site.
However, developer Hesketh Investments has also applied for registered building consent because the garage is in the Peel conservation area.
