People with memory problems are being offered additional support through a new 'Butterfly Scheme'.
It's been introduced at Noble's Hospital and is designed to offer extra help and care to patients and their families.
The scheme, which has been launched in partnership with the Alzheimer's Society, works on an opt-in basis.
