If you catch Callig off the Island's coast, there's new advice for you from the government.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has issued a new guide about recreational angling for pollock.
It's recommending fishers only take three a day - and throw back any under 50 centimetres long.
And the advice also includes avoiding taking the fish during spawning season between January and March.
