An estate in Crosby could be about to get 18 new homes, with a scheme recommended for approval.
An application for the homes on the Crosby Meadows Estate will be discussed by the planning committee later.
When they sit from 10am today, members will consider the proposals to extend the existing estate near the Co-op store.
The development is earmarked for approval, subject to a legal agreement.
