Douglas Borough Council has launched an online service aimed at improving its building control services.
The digital system aims to make features such as applications, fee payments and inspection requests more efficient and environmentally friendly.
Environmental and regeneration committee chairman, Ritchie McNicholl, says it will be an 'easy-to-access, streamlined system'.
He added the new platform - at buildingcontrol.douglas.gov.im - has been introduced following feedback on a recent customer survey.
