Cyclist seriously injured in bus collision

Police are appealing for information after a cyclist in Ramsey was rushed to Noble’s following a collision with a double-decker bus.

It happened at 2.40pm on Thursday at the junction with Gladstone Way and Close Thunnag.

The driver and occupants of the bus were uninjured but the police were forced to close the road for two-and-a-half hours.

They’d like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or was travelling through the area at the time - they’re asked to call 631212.
