Road Improvement Scheme to be Completed by End of October
Works will begin next week on improving the visibility at
the junction from Cronk y Berry housing estate, onto Jonny Watterson’s
Lane. The
works came about after it was identified that there was substandard visibility
for motorists coming out of the Cronk y Berry estate, especially when travelling
south. The
Department of Infrastructure have identified that there are roughly 3,000
vehicle movements each day in the direction of Jonny Watterson’s Lane, with this
in mind the work was deemed essential. Work
is scheduled to start on the Monday, and is expected to be completed no later
than Friday, 29th October.
