Central Promenade in Douglas will be closed until around 3pm because of a crash.
Police are turning cars around and asking the public to plan their journeys accordingly today, Wednesday, April 29.
Bus Vannin has advised buses serving the promenade will instead divert via Broadway and Victoria Road.
The incident happened near the Castle Mona shops.
