The Covid spring booster campaign is set to begin on April 15.
Manx Care says it's following advice from the UK's Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation.
Those eligible include those aged 75 and over, residents in care homes and people aged six months and over who are immunosuppressed.
The programme will run until the end of June.
