The Islands Covid-19 vaccination programme will get underway in the New Year.
Government has confirmed the programme will begin on January 4, 2021.
It comes after the first batch of the Pfizer-Biontech jab arrived on Manx shores on Wednesday (December 16).
Officials say a number of legal issues and professional authorisations from paperwork only made available by the UK in the last seven days need to be finalised.
The first phase of the programme will see health and care staff the first to be vaccinated, followed by nursing home residents and the over-80s.
