Covid-19 cases have been identified at two local high schools.
Castle Rushen High School has confirmed 'a member of the school community' has contacted the virus and is self-isolating, meanwhile - Ballakermeen says a student there has also tested positive.
In both cases - contact tracing is underway.
Both schools are staying open, but interaction with other schools will be limited.
In letters sent out to parents, carers and students, headteachers of each school says regular updates will be given.
As of yesterday, the Island currently has 130 active local cases of Coronavirus.
Parents will shortly receive a letter regarding identified COVID cases within CRHS, a copy of which can be viewed here. Our messaging system is down at the moment, but we will get this sent to parents as soon as we're able. pic.twitter.com/2rLMd0NQBb
