A court's ordered the seizure of equipment a man used to send indecent messages to a girl he thought was a teenager.
Timothy Ian Moulton, whose address was given as the Isle of Man Prison, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 41 year old is currently serving a 28-week jail term after being convicted of two counts of sending offensive messages while on holiday on the Island in July.
He'd used a mobile phone and laptop to send sexual messages and pictures to a group posing as 13 and 14 year old girls.
Magistrates ordered the phone and the laptop be forfeited and destroyed.
