The amount owed in rates by residents of the capital has fallen.
A total of £89,786 was owed to Douglas Council in rate arrears two years ago.
That's fallen to £76,117 in the past year, as shown by figures released in response to a Freedom of Information request.
Meanwhile the total amount collected in rates has gone up from nearly £14m to £15.6m over the same period.
