The government is looking for someone to take over the Steam Railway Dining Train and Ticket Hall Restaurant.
Expressions of interest are invited from 'qualified and experienced organisations' to run the catering services.
The application states the dining train and restaurant are key features of the Island's offering to visitors and residents and must deliver a high quality service.
The winning bidder would be awarded a five year contract, starting from March next year.
Applications will be accepted until 12pm on Tuesday October 4.
