The Department of Education, Sport and Culture says it doesn't have a projected cost for using the NSC to host the Island Games.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details of the amounts charged for sporting bodies using government facilities.
The department outlined its standard charges, saying junior sports receive a 50 per cent discount.
But it said it didn't have projected charges for hiring the National Sports Centre for the 2029 Island Games.
