The cost of living crisis is top of the agenda at a workshop being held in Douglas this week.
It's designed to support council house tenants in the capital by outlining what support is available.
The Douglas Borough Council event takes place on Thursday and brings together a number of local charities and energy firms.
Those involved include Manx Telecom, Salvation Army, Isle of Man Energy and Manx Utilities Authority.
