The final cost of the Liverpool ferry terminal may not be known for up to 18 months, according to the infrastructure minister.
Michelle Hayood says it's because legal proceedings are still ongoing, in response to a question in Tynwald from Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh.
She says the timeline getting the cost could vary, because the government's negotiating with several different parties.
