The temporary bus and cycle lane on Glencrutchery Road will be removed next week.
It's one of the latest changes confirmed by government - as well as the one-way system on Douglas prom no longer being in place.
The lane - which was implemented in June, caused huge backlash from the public - a petition was even launched to remove it and gained more than 3,300 signatures.
It's also been confirmed as traffic from the north will no longer be concentrated on Glencrutchery Road, Governor’s Dip will return to its original layout from next week.
