The government is seeking views on proposed changes to land registration legislation.
Proposals focus on possessory title, triggers for registration and dispute resolution.
It will also consider updates to timescales for the submission of applications and types of co-ownership of property.
Changes aim to increase the protection provided to land owners and increase the registration of land on the Island following a commitment from Tynwald.
You can find the consultation here and can have your say until October 9.
