A number of construction vehicles were damaged in a building site in Onchan.
The offenders broke through fencing to get to the vehicles at a new school site near Heywood Park.
Numerous secured vehicles have been recklessly damaged overnight on Monday.
Officers are urging any witnesses to come forward.
