Concerns about age of 'long-term unemployed'

34 per cent of people who are classed as 'long-term unemployed' are under the age of 30:

 
That's the Chief Minister who says whilst it's "heartening" to see the Island's unemployment rate drop it does raise questions. 
 
In March there were 794 people out of work - a rate of 1.8 per cent; during the month there were 842 vacancies notified to the Job Centre.
