A Tynwald watchdog says a complaint over the site of Peel's proposed sewage works could end up in the High Court.
In her annual report, Tynwald Commissioner for Administration Angela Main Thompson says the complaint was lodged with her office in the last month.
The complaint against Cabinet Office - which is still under investigation - claims the Area Plan for the North and West designates the site as ‘Civic, Cultural or Other Use.’
But the final proposals haven't been revealed yet, and she says planning law already allows such cases to be taken to court.
The report will be laid before Tynwald in July.
