A company's asked for permission to build three houses instead of 11 apartments at a flagship development in Port St Mary.
Hartford Homes, based in Douglas, has applied to scrap plans for a block of flats at the back of the Bay Queen development and build three homes in its place.
In 2021, the company reduced the number of planned apartments from 17 to 11 but says demand for them isn't strong.
It says although the project has been under construction for two years, no work on that apartment block has yet been done.
