Douglas could be getting another coffee shop, if proposals are approved by planners.
FG Scott Limited of Tromode Park in Douglas has applied for planning permission to create the café next-door to the Buttery on Duke Street.
The company also says it wants to install a new shopfront on the Buttery café.
The plans include building a new apartment on the first floor of the building.
