An Island-wide decline in demand for office space has led a company to apply to convert facilities in Port Erin into apartments.
Fistard Property Investments, based in Orchard Road, says it wants to create a three-bedroomed flat in Asahi House on Church Road.
In its application, it says it's seen a drop in demand for offices over the last decade but demand for residential properties remains high.
However, it says it would keep the ground floor of the building as a retail unit.
