Work is being done to better understand drug and alcohol issues on the Isle of Man.
Informal chat sessions have been held across the Island - interviews will now be carried out with service users, stakeholders, schools, youth clubs and members of Tynwald.
The Department of Health and Social Care says it hopes it will provide a picture of local needs and gaps in current and future provisions - as well as identifying priorities.
