A Tynwald committee wants to hear what residents think about the Island's abortion laws.
The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee wants to find out what members of the public think about the Abortion Reform Act 2019 as well as a letter sent to the committee by Ramsey MHK, Dr Alex Allinson, who sponsored the bill.
The panel won't publish any written submission relating to an individual case without the consent of the individual concerned, however, it may publish written evidence relating to policy matters.
Anyone wanting to give their views can do so before the deadline on Wednesday, April 7 either by emailing committees@tynwald.org.im or by post to the clerk of the committee at Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
Meanwhile, a link to the bill is available here and Dr Allinson's letter here .
